We ask whether a project responds to the real needs of the people who will choose it, whether it enhances the character and value of its location, and whether it creates an environment where people will want to live, work or spend their time.

Not every property is a strong development opportunity. We focus on projects where the combination of location, concept, capital and execution can fundamentally transform the opportunity. Our primary focus is on residential and mixed-use urban projects.
